As the region's designated Responsible Regional Authorities (RRAs), emda and the East Midlands Leaders' Board are required to produce, publish and keep up to date a plan for implementing the Regional Strategy. The Implementation Plan is central to the Regional Strategy process and is where the Regional Strategy commitment to partnership working is translated into practical actions.
